Homeworld was an Sci-fi RTS game released back around 10 years ago and since the game’s release, there really hasn’t been much of a follow-up to it aside from a quick sequel. So instead of continuing to wait, TeamPixel LLC has taken up the task to bring a new Homeworld game not only to PC/Mac but also to Android and iOS devices.
We’ve talked about Bladeslinger on and off for over a year at least, getting our first glimpse of it back in 2011 and subsequent hands-on shortly thereafter. Since it’s initial announcement that this game would be coming to Android, it has been delayed a few times for a variety to reasons. It finally got released onto iOS early this year and now Android has finally gotten Bladeslinger as well.

Ultimately, with this, smaller developers get vital exposure for their games and you get to have more games to play on your plate. If you’ve been following us for awhile now then you have probably seen us report on games being made by a company called Asobimo. One game we are currently waiting on for an English release, which should be coming soon actually, is Avabel Online. However, another game they have which just entered a new round of beta testing in Japan is Frontier Gunner.
Back in January of this year Glu Mobile announced that a sequel to Gun Bros would be heading our way at some point in the relatively near future. It seems as though today is that future as Gun Bros 2 has made its way quietly onto the Google Play store and this time the game comes with multiplayer right at launch instead of in a future update like with the original game.
Gamelion has been working on a few games as of late and one of those games happens to be Rage of the Gladiator. Originally released onto the Nintendo Wii, we actually talked about Rage of the Gladiator heading our way back in October of last year and now we finally get to dive into the brutal world of gladiators beating the crap out of each other.
So everyone is waiting patiently for the upcoming 0.7.0 update for Minecraft: Pocket Edition to arrive because of one main feature that will come with this update: true multiplayer. This feature has been requested numerous time by almost everyone who plays this game and now we are finally going to be getting it. Of course if you missed our last article about the 0.7.0 update then you missed some important information regarding the upcoming multiplayer features.
Yesterday we reported on the news that Imangi Studios and Disney had teamed up once again to bring the mobile gaming world another movie spin-off game that uses the Temple Run franchise like they did with Temple Run: Brave. Temple Run: Oz was released onto iOS yesterday and the Android version we figured would be released any day now. Well that prediction has come true and Temple Run: Oz is now available on the Google Play store.
The newest Humble Bundle for Android has arrived featuring six pretty awesome games in one package including bringing Dungeon Defenders (and all the DLC it comes with) out of retirement for the duration of the Humble Bundle.
