Snail Games has released their next big update for their Taichi Panda MMORPG called the Annum update. This new content expansion/update brings with it a number of new goodies and features for players to check out, including a new PvP mode, a new mount, and more.
Whether this is a result of the video that was posted on YouTube recently showing some of the gameplay coming in Pokemon GO, which was taken from Niantic Lab’s talk during SXSW 2016, or because of the company cancelling their GDC 2016 talk and gameplay reveal, we don’t know. It could also be due to the questions that have arisen since that video’s release about the depth of the gameplay, or possible lack thereof. However, the timing on releasing the first details regarding Pokemon GO’s gameplay and its first screenshots is pretty impeccable.
Released by Sollmo, Buddy Rush 2 is the sequel to the original Buddy Rush, and is being rolled out onto Android. Like the first one, the game’s visuals are focused on being “cute’, so the characters are all rendered with large heads on smallish bodies, in an almost doll-like fashion. All the characters, controlled by players or NPC, good or bad, are known as “buddies”.
11-bit Studios’ popular, dark, and at times, depressing This War Of Mine war survival game will be getting just a bit more dark and depressing soon thanks to the addition of children coming soon to the game. This is a sort of sequel to the original game, officially titled This War Of Mine: The Little Ones, which 11-bit Studios just revealed as coming to mobile devices during a YouTube conference showing. This was originally announced as a PC version.
“Free-To-Play” are arguably the three most dreaded words in mobile gaming, but KLab Games nearly redeems the much loathed business model with their stellar ARPG, Bleach: Brave Souls. While many F2P games leverage lethargic rates of progress known as “pay walls”, KLab took a gamble on shipping a title that has so much content not hidden behind a pay-wall, that Brave Souls is easily comparable to a full priced game on a dedicated gaming platform such as the Playstation Vita or Nintendo 3DS. Though City Quests Media is an independent developer, all of the hard work that has gone into this title, is truly impressive. If you like stealth-based game play, you will be drawn into a story set in London in 1545. The main protagonist is a heroine known only as The Moth. The game arrives in the Play Store next week.
