In fact, you could say Shaq Fu transcended the “So good it’s bad” threshold into borderline-unplayable territory, and in no way could it have been deemed a good game.
It seems as though Wikipad and the folks at the company re a bit confused as to what they would like to do in regards to the gaming Android tablet they have been developing for what seems like forever and a day. A new Tegra 3 optimized game will be heading our way soon which is actually a game that is already out on Xbox Live Arcade as well as on Steam for PCs called Space Ark. It will officially have the THD tacked onto it when it arrives for Tegra 3+ Android devices. We’re saying Tegra 3+ since Tegra 4 is on the way real soon and those devices with Tegra 4 chipsets will also play Tegra 3 games.
For those of you who think the OUYA will be outdated the moment it arrive since Tegra 4 has been announced and devices that will have the Tegra 4 chipset are on the horizon, it looks like OUYA has a plan of their own to stay with the times. The CEO of OUYA, Julie Uhrman, was talking at the DICE summit yesterday where she revealed the company’s new deals with Double Fine and Verse Studios. She also revealed their plans for the OUYA hardware which will be following the same model as mobile phones and tablets do.

DotEmu has brought another Neo Geo classic to Android for SNK Playmore and this time it is the missing Metal Slug 2 game. We say missing because we’ve has the first one and the third one available already, we were only missing the second Metal Slug game to keep the series whole.
Currently the D.I.C.E. summit is happening and today some interesting news regarding OUYA has been announced. Actually it is in regards to two new partnerships with studios to create games for the Android-powered console. First, two titles from Double Fine Studios will be bringing two of their games over to OUYA while Words with Friends creator Paul Bettner and his company Verse Studios have two games under development for OUYA as well.

Paradox Interactive has announced that they will be bringing Magicka: Wizards of the Square Tablet to Android tablets in the near future. This top-down RPG will be undergoing a bit of a change from its PC brethren though in terms of the visuals that will come with this new mobile version. Even though the game’s visuals will be of a cartoon style instead of the 3D nature the PC version has, the core game mechanics will remain the same.
