Today is the first official day of CES 2013 as the showroom floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center and surrounding hotels become a mad house of people trying to fondle every gadget under the sun, interview people while other people try to eavesdrop on said interview, feet being stepped on, shoulder checks and backpacks swinging freely, and all the other good stuff we’ve come to love when trending through the see of people rushing everywhere.

Well the company s expanding their business model and getting into not only the mobile gaming scene but the wireless gaming scene as well in regards to SmartTVs.
For those of you who may have found the original MOGA game controller a bit small to handle, there is good news on the horizon as PowerA has officially announced the MOGA Pro Controller which is a full-sized console-style unit. Remember the other console style controller in the original promo images for the MOGA unit? It’s that one.
Plenty of Tegra 4 news will be happening this week as you probably have already guessed from this morning alone, but it seems that Vizio will be the first company to have a Tegra 4 Android tablet, or at least announce one. They even have an early version of the tablet here at CES for all of us to fondle relentlessly.

SteelSeries brings another option for mobile gamers called the Free Touchscreen Gaming Controls
For those of you out there who may not really want to carry a controller around with you but still happen to want something a little more tactile to use for your controls when playing games on your Android device, SteelSeries has a new suction-style setup called the Free Touchscreen Gaming Controls which happen to be available on their web store for purchase.
Usually around this time we’ve already started hearing about the next version of the Tegra series of chipsets slated to arrive from nVidia. While the roadmap was leaked some time ago with Tegra 4, codenamed Wayne, arriving by the end of this year. Considering that there must have been a delay in the plans, we are just now getting information about Tegra 4 which means we could very well likely see it announced at CES 2013.
For US Residents who missed out on when the Nexus 4 originally went on sale on Google Play, mostly due to the checkout process crashing and generally not working properly due to all the traffic, there is some more good news for you this morning as well. Google has announced that the Nexus 4 will be going back on sale today at Noon PST. Unfortunately this is for US residents only so anyone else waiting to get one outside of the USA have to wait a bit longer.
Back during E3 2012 a new company had come out and announced a new line-up of game controllers specifically designed for mobile gaming. This company, Nyko, had done some good work researching and designing their upcoming mobile gaming controllers from what we had seen back then. Now, we finally can get our hands on some as both the Nyko PlayPad and the Nyko PlayPad Pro Tablet controllers are now available for purchase at GameStop.
Since the inception of OUYA, the upcoming Android-based gaming console that will also be open source, the slated release time frame for the console to hit store shelves has been around March 2013. Even yesterday when we were reporting on the fact that OUYA would come out of the box with Jelly Bean (Android 4.2) as its initial OS version, we still only knew that it would become available around March 2013. However, it could be coming sooner than that, a lot sooner in fact.
