A new game for Android has arrived up on Kickstarter looking for funding called Deozoa: Legends of Eden. This particular game, should it come to life, is a monster catching combat game which should make a lot of you Pokemon fans rather happy. It is a blend of RPG and turn-based strategy combat all wrapped up into one title.

FarSight Studios has opened up another Kickstarter campaign in order to bring the Star Trek: The Next Generation pinball table to their pinball platform which is available on numerous gaming platforms including Android. Recently they had a successful campaign to bring the Twilight Zone table over and the extra money that campaign raised is being put towards this one.
Our friends over at Atomicom hit us up to let us know that they have started a Kickstarter campaign for their next title slated for multiple platforms, including Android, called Super Off-Road. For those of you who may not recognize Atomicom, they developed Bang Bang Racing THD and Switch for Android. Fair warning right now, the pitch video is downright hilarious and slightly NSFW due to a little language.
The second Shadowrun themed game has successfully been funded on Kickstarter and will now be fully developed and released on all platforms including Android tablets and the upcoming OUYA android-based gaming console. We’ve talked about Shadowrun Online a few times in the past as the developers have updated their campaign, including prototype in-game footage.
A couple of bigger names in the gaming scene, mostly on the mobile side of things, are teaming up to bring iOS and Android gamers a new series of games based off of Robert Jordan’s best-selling fantasy series, The Wheel of Time. Jet Set Games and Red Eagle Games have teamed up and are already announcing the first title in the Wheel of Time series of games called First Banner of the Rising Sun.
Another day and another Kickstarter campaign to talk about. This particular one actually started last week but still has 22 days to go. So what is this one about? It is to bring another skateboarding themed game to Android but this time it will be developed by UpUpStart, a team consisting of former Neversoft and Tony Hawk developers.
There is definitely a trend going on right now with resurrecting the classics from back in the day that a lot of us used to play. This trend doesn’t really seem to be slowing down, keeping a consistent pace with new titles being brought to modern times. The latest title looking to make a comeback is Wings, a classic game for the Amiga and yes, there is a Kickstarter for it.
Yet another game is now publicly adding support to the Android-based home gaming console and this time it is Shadowrun Online, the upcoming MMORPG that is currently up on Kickstarter raising funds. Now added to the list of platforms it will support, including Android tablets, is the upcoming OUYA console.
Well it certainly seems that the OUYA news isn’t slowing down today at all. Now a new edition of the Android-based home gaming console has been revealed which will be given to backers who donated $140 to their Kickstarter campaign. Needless to say, it looks pretty slick.
More news regarding OUYA and future content that will be available when this Android-based home gaming console launches next year. It seems more and more companies are coming out to throw their weight behind the unit by supporting it with content for when it launches. The newest company to come out is OnLive and on top of that we get a look at the actual OUYA game controller.
