Out There has been on Google Play for some time now and it is still a fun game to play. If you’re not familiar with this game, Out There is an adventure game with RPG elements layered over it. Players take control of a space ship, flying from planet to planet, meeting new alien species at times, or finding new technology to research and use.
Mi-Clos Studio’s popular space game Out There will be getting a new version of it in 2015. This new version, which will be called the Omega Edition, is basically a content expansion for owners of the original game who will be able to download the Omega Edition for free.
Out There is a game of surviving outer space. Players assume the role of an astronaut that has awoken from cryonic sleep, and is now located in a far away, and unfamiliar, portion of outer space. From this remote locale you venture forth, eking out your survival by re-purposing salvage found drifting through space, skimming oxygen from planets that have it, alien tech, and the like. The game is quite difficult, per the admission of the developers on their page in Google Play, with its focus being resource management and interactive fictions. This base game costs $3.99.

This game is currently in the late stages of beta testing and pre-ordering a copy will grant you immediate access to the beta ahead of everyone else. In ‘Out There’ you play an exiled astronaut who has woken up from cryonics and finds himself stranded ‘Out There’ in unknown space. The main goal of the game is to build a ship and survive long enough to get back to Earth.
