Rovio has been teasing that their Facebook game Angry Birds Friends would be arriving onto Android and iOS today and sure enough the game is now available on Google Play for those of you who want to get a little more competitive with your bird flinging skills. As we explained in our last article about Angry Birds Friends, this version of the original game pretty much plays out just like the original game but with the addition of a few social features.

If you haven’t had your fill of Angry Birds games just yet then you’ll be happy to know that Rovio is planning to release their socialized version of Angry Birds, called Angry Birds Friends, onto Android and iOS this upcoming Thursday, May 2nd. So what exactly does this game come with in terms of new features?
Rovio has begun teasing the next update for Angry Birds Seasons and this time we can expect to see pigs dressed up as clowns and magicians when the update arrives. The news comes in the form of a rather colorful picture Rovio tweeted earlier this morning, showing off some of what will be arriving in the new update.
It’s Spring and it looks like Rovio is going to keep up the tradition of releasing seasonal updates for their Angry Birds Seasons game. Apparently this upcoming Spring update will be bringing more to the table then your standard Seasons update including new game mechanics, something that is becoming a trend with Angry Birds updates.
For those of you who can’t get enough Angry Birds games in your life, you will be happy to know that there is yet another one heading our way soon. However this particular Angry Birds game already exists but on Facebook instead of mobile, that is until now of course. Rovio has announced that Angry Birds Friends will be making its way to Android and iOS devices in the near future.
The other day we mentioned that there would be an Angry Birds Star Wars update heading our way soon called Cloud City. Well we figured it would land within the month but Rovio decided not to waste any time and pump the update out to Google Play today. The Cloud City update not only comes with new levels to work your way through but also new game mechanics that you will have to deal with.
Rovio announced through MTV’s Multiplayer Blog, for some reason, the next episode that would be arriving for Angry Birds Star Wars which will be called Cloud City. This update will bring with it around 20 new levels to work your way through as well as additional new hazards and mechanics that players will have to deal with.
At the beginning of March we mentioned that Rovio has teamed up with DreamWorks and the two companies were going to be bringing a spin-off game for the movie The Croods to Android and iOS. Well The Croods have come themselves out of their caves and are now available on Google Play to download. As you can tell, The Croods is based off of the upcoming movie of the same name slated for release in theaters on March 22nd, 2013.
For those of you still playing Angry Birds Seasons you will be happy to know an update has arrived that brings with it some new levels to fling your birds through as well as three new power-ups to take advantage of if that is your thing to do. Unfortunately for you who still play Angry Birds Seasons, the update isn’t that big.
It has been no secret that Rovio has been planning a cartoon based off of Angry Birds for quite some time now and it appears that it will be arriving soon. Interestingly enough, aside from being on TV, the Angry Birds animated series will also be available for viewing right inside your Angry Birds game according to an announcement by Rovio today.
