Online multiplayer shooters on Android are pretty uncommon. I personally liked N.O.V.A. 3, and there was Modern Combat 3 as well. Anyway, Madfinger Games, creators of games such as Shadowgun and Dead Trigger, have entered the mobile multiplayer shooting space as well with Shadowgun: Deadzone. The game is, in short, good – but just how good?

Back in August of this year we reported on what the next release from DotEmu would be, which turned out to be a four-in-one deal with a package called Raiden Legacy. As you may be guessing, this release will contain four Raiden games stuffed into one package for all of you arcade shooter fans to drool over. One of our previous Hidden Gems we’ve written about was in regards to a game called Xelorians by AXL-Dynamics. One thing the game did need however was more content since back when we wrote about it, it only had 6 stages to go through.
Previously we published that the Beta/demo version of this game was available from the developer’s website, Cold Bean Games, but now you can download the demo (full version available via in-game purchase) direct;y from the Play store. Originally released onto Steam for PC gamers, Beat Hazard Ultra is a music-driven bullet hell shooter where the intensity of the gameplay is based off of the music you are listening to.

Right on time with their announcement of the game dropping the open beta tags and officially launching on November 15th, 2012, Shadowgun: Deadzone has arrived on Google Play. We all know that Madfinger Games’ newest multiplayer shooter is coming on the 15th November, but now they have also announced that the full game will be released with 10 playable characters, 6 maps and will be played across 2 game modes (deathmatch and capture point).
On Steam for PC, Beat Hazard has become one of the best Indie games, and now you can try the Android beta version before it hits the Play store. There are plenty of “bullet hell” shooters on Android, but Beat Hazard Ultra takes it to another level. You can pick your own music track to play while in game, and this then influences the difficulty of the level.
