Up until now we have had a total of five Humble Bundles for Android (a.k.a Humble Bundle with Android) but the games that came with those bundles also allowed people who purchased them to get a copy of the game for their PC or Mac as well as soundtracks whenever either was available. This new bundle however is strictly Android games and nothing else.

There is an interesting new game out on Google Play called Spider: Secret of Bryce Manor. This game, which was developed by Tiger Style, blends an adventure game with that of an action-puzzle title to form a rather unique hybrid of a game. In this game, you’ll be playing as a rather inquisitive spider who, while trying to get himself a meal, stumbles onto an abandon mansion.
Disney has announced that they will be delaying the launch of their big cross-platform toy and video game project called Disney Infinity. Back in January Disney announced a rather huge project that they had been working on where it blended physical toys with actual video gaming. The gaming portion of the project is cross-platform including mobile and features a sandbox style of gameplay but it is much more than that. Think Skylanders but on a much more massive and interactive, ever expanding scale.
So, we made everyone wait a few extra days before we picked all of the winners who will be receiving a free Humble Bundle for Android 5 that now comes with nine games in total. We are pretty sure everyone is eager to see if they won so we won’t draw this out any longer than it has to be.
The Humble Bundle for Android 5 has been going on for about a week now and as it is now a tradition, half way through the Humble Bundle’s time more games are added to make the bundle just that much more better. This time the folks over at Humble Bundle have added three additional games if you’ve paid over the average price for the bundle itself.
Two games, one of which we’ve talked about in the past, have been successfully funded over on Kickstarter and will be heading to Android soon. Asylum by Agustín Cordes and Ascension Online by Stone Blade Entertainment have both reached their funding goals and Android versions are under development now.
A new 3D adventure game has made its way onto Google Play called Era’s Adventure. Developed by AnDev, this game does not feature the little green dinosaur for Mario called Yoshi. No seriously that isn’t Yoshi, it’s a green dinosaur named Era who could easily pass as Yoshi’s identical twin. It is either that or Yoshi got an identity change at some point.
Cryamore! is a game that has been looking for funding on Kickstarter for the past couple of weeks, having successfully reached their goal of $65,000 already. Currently their Kickstarter campaign is sitting at $153,601 in funding, one of the stretch goals is to bring this rather cool game to Android and OUYA. The goal was set to $150,000 in order for this stretch goal to be met and as you can see, they have reached it.
We’ve talked a couple of times about this game already in the recent past, between plans for Whispering Willows to come to Android and it being nominated for three category awards in Killscreen’s OUYA CREATE challenge, and now we get to mention the game once more but this time it’s about the fact that it has hit up Kickstarter for funding.
As we have seen in the recent past whether it is from all the submissions in OUYA’s CREATE competition or just from news from developers making games, OUYA has a lot of developers interested in the Android-powered console. We now have a really big list of confirmed games heading to OUYA which includes some rather big titles like Square Enix’s Final Fantasy III, Adhesive Games’ Hawken and Double Fine’s The Cave and Reds.
