Square Enix’s upcoming Final Fantasy Dimensions game for Android and iOS is slated for release August 31st onto both platforms if the news from yesterday is true. There is also circumstances where there could be a delay or a possible location-based initial release could happen. Now, however, we know the price the game will be going for.

Back during E3 2012, and slightly before that, we have been talking about the next Final Fantasy game to arrive on Android from Square Enix which will be called Final Fantasy Dimensions. A flash back to the earlier days of the series, we now know when this game is slated for release on Android and iOS.
If you haven’t gotten enough RPG news from Square Enix the last couple of weeks, here is another nugget of information for you to salivate over. Apparently Square Enix is working on a new RPG that will be ‘Hardware-Free’, allowing gamers to play and access it anywhere.
Right now it seems that every other day the Android running home gaming console OUYA continues to gain strength in its cause and today is no different. Square Enix has announced that it will be releasing Final Fantasy III onto the system and becomes the first major game publisher to announce a game release for OUYA.

We have been reporting on this game coming from Square Enix on and off for awhile now. It seems they have decided to finally release Lara Croft: Guardian of Light onto the Google Play store but for right now you will need to own an Xperia Play in order to get yourself a little Lara Croft action.

Actually it isn’t little and as a huge Final Fantasy fan myself, seeing Final Fantasy III on the Google Play store is a good way to start the day.
One of the recent seven games Square Enix has announced for Android during pre-E3 2012 news is called Guardian Cross. This particular game is a creature-based combat card game, similar to the likes of Magic the Gathering and other TCG titles.
About a week ago Square Enix announced a slew of games heading for Android, most of which will be arriving this Summer. One of those games is a Final Fantasy title called Final Fantasy Dimensions. This will be the first true Final Fantasy game for the Android platform.
