On top of that, thanks to the successful backing that GameStick received while on Kickstarter, the unit will now come with a docking station as well.

Yesterday we talked about a new Android-based game console that had hit up Kickstarter to secure funding. Coming in as direct competition to OUYA, PlayJam’s GameStick has surpassed its goal within 24 hours, leaving an additional 28 days to go for more people to throw money at them.
While OUYA happens to be the first Android-based gaming console to really see success so far even if it is just a successful Kickstarter campaign and developer support right now, there is a new kid on the block aiming to compete with OUYA called GameStick.
