Nitrome has a string of hits on Android. It seems with every release, they are trying something a little bit different, but strangely enough, totally within their ever unfolding wheel house. Their latest game Vault, is an endless runner, and it is downright fun to play. It isn’t easy, but when you string together several vaults, one right after the other, you feel pretty good about it. In short, it is worth a download to play.

Ducktales, the classic NES and Gameboy games from Capcom from that was based on the Disney cartoon, was Remastered a few years back, for console systems current at the time, as well as mobile operating systems such as Android. Given the quality of the game, it’s not difficult to see why Disney and Capcom would be asking $9.99 for the game, nor that the original releases saw a million sales each. Kill the Plumber is a Mario-style platformer where players actually play as the enemies instead of the Italian plumber. However, one thing you can see in Kill the Plumber is the heavy influence it has taken from Mario games in regards to level design, enemies, pretty much every aspect. Another game called Kill the Maliao is basically a rip-off of Kill the Plumber, which could technically be considered a rip-off of Mario games.
Whitaker Trebella of Fixpoint Productions is not only a game designer, but he is also a musician. You may be familiar with the games Pivvot and Polymer, which were released not too long ago for Android devices. His games are unique, colorful and always on the upper tier of difficulty, when it comes to game play. His latest game Piloteer, is absolutely stunning in art style, but definitely tough, when it comes to game play… and I like it!

It is the perfect reason to have notifications on your phone.
