We were informed by our friends over at Infinite Dreams when they released their newest game called Sailboat Championship last week but when it was initially released, all of our devices were showing up as not being supported. So we decided to wait a bit until we were able to download the game before reporting on it to ensure everyone could get a hold of it.
We have had a few half-decent ports or creations of the popular Light Cycle racing game featured in the Tron movies here on Android, but now we’ve got a proper, full-fledged game made for Android that is developed by Rude Boy Games and published by Ayoga Games. Released just over a week ago, LightSpeeder features the same bright neon colors that are so prominent in Tron together with some neat 8-bit graphics.
For all racing fans out there, hold your breath as Repulze, a WipEout-esque futuristic racer, is due to be available to Android devices early next year. Developed by Pixelbite Games, the same guys that brought us the Reckless Racing series, the game will feature some glorious visuals and adrenalin-pumping, high-speed racing action.
Gameloft has quietly thrown up a sale that features a Buy 1 Get 1 free special where you could get games like Wild Blood, Asphalt 7: Heat and Order & Chaos HD for free when you buy another game. These sales are only through Gameloft’s own store and not Google Play so to access it, you’ll have to go their on your Android device to find the Buy 1 Get 1 Free sale.
A new full 3D aerial racing game has arrived onto the Goggle Play store from NuOxygen Games which sports some pretty solid visuals and gameplay. This isn’t a simple flight simulation game nor is it a mission based progression, it’s all about racing your opponents in low altitude racing and high rates of speed and hopefully not flying into a building at the same time.
Zombie games of all shapes and sizes are a dime a dozen these days on the mobile gaming scene. One such new game vying for attention is Zombie Driver THD, which is actually a full-on console and PC port in terms of content. It is one thing to boast console quality content, and another to see if all this is wrapped in a mobile-friendly package. Does Zombie Driver THD make the cut in that respect?

We’ve reported on Exor Studios and their Zombie Driver game which was headed for Android for quite some time now. In fact the last time we reported on it, back in September 2012, Zombie Driver THD was slated for release on Tegra devices on October 17th, 2012. Well a couple of weeks late, but perfect for Halloween, Zombie Driver THD has finally arrived onto Google Play for Tegra-based devices.
The game many a racing fanatic has been waiting for has finally arrived on Android devices, on time might I add. Need for Speed Most Wanted brings along with it some pure street racing action with over 35 of the world’s fastest cars – including the Bugati Veyron, McLaren MP4-12C and Lamborghini Aventador – at your disposal to help you reach the top of the Most Wanted list.
Want more Halloween content in your Android games? Well Glu Mobile has updated a number of their games with new Halloween themed content. Everything from zombie deer in Deer Hunter to your character having a pumpkin head and a bad ass broom in Eternity Warrior 2. Each game that has gotten updated has been treated to Halloween themed content unique to that specific game.
